Sarah Jayroe is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She grew up in Greenfield, IN and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2012. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Primary Care - Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016. Sarah has 11 years of health care experience and currently also works in urgent care as well as adjunct faculty for Nurse Practitioner students.  She has a passion for health and wellness, and she teaches cardio dance.  In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, audio books, learning to play the piano, exercising, and traveling.

Ashlee Alberts is a certified clinical medical assistant for Thrive Health.  She grew up in Peru, IN and attended IU Kokomo.  She is currently in school to become a registered nurse. She has always had a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and current trends.  Ashlee has primarily been a stay-at-home mom for the last ten years dedicating her time to her three children. Ashlee enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children, traveling, working out, and shopping.

Aja Harber is a patient concierge and marketing coordinator for Thrive Health.  

Lindsay Maurer is a patient concierge and clinical compliance coordinator for Thrive Health.  

Dr. Jason Jayroe is the owner of Elevate Health Medical PC DBA Thrive Health. and the medical director of Thrive Health. Dr. Jayroe grew up in Lake Jackson, TX and moved to Indiana in 2010.  He is an Interventional Cardiologist, board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.  He graduated Medical School from University of Texas Medical Branch in 2003.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2006.  He completed his Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship in 2009 and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in 2010, from Methodist Debakey Heart and Vascular in Texas.  Dr. Jayroe has 23 years of health care experience and currently works in Interventional Cardiology.  He is an Indianapolis Top Doctor.
